![]() I would not recommend going there for dinner, as downtown largely closes up after the ships leave and businesses close for the day. The ferry drops you off right by the cruise ship docks and puts you steps away from shopping, restaurants and the entire downtown Nassau area. It's a bit of a walk from CS, but there are good sidewalks and easy street crossings. The nice thing about Comfort Suites is the included breakfast, and after a long day around the crowns of Atlantis, their own pool offers a quiet spot for a late afternoon swim before yes the ferry is another option. There's a gym and climbing wall, and golf and tennis are also options. Or just find a loung near one fo the many pools or beaches. The pools offer a variety of options - lazy river to heart-stopping slides through the shark tank. There are some of the sea critters that don't come out until nightime, so you'll see even more then as during the day. Explore during the day, then take a walk after dinner to see The Dig and some of the aquarium exhibits. If you're looking to relax for your trip, staying close to site may work best. It's also opposite Fort Charlotte, which has a great view over the harbour and some parts of Atlantis. Fish Fry is a 20 minute walk from downtown and offers a good variety of local foods to try. You could try going to the rum distillery or Pirates Respublic, a local brewery. ![]() It's certainly enough to make a day out of it, including lunch. You could take the water ferry over to downtown Nassau, wander around, visit some shops, straw market and there are also a few museums and places of interest. Unless you absolutely want to do a boat ride and go to antoher nearby island. Yes, it's a nice excursion and a lot of fun to take the boat over to Rose Island, but not worth the money for a short trip. With only 2 full days, I'ld not try to use a whole day with Sandy Toes - you're already paying for the Ataltnis access - you may as well use it rather than pay more. There are also numerous public areas that are open to anyone - restaurants, shops and casino areas. As a guest of Comfort Suites, you have access to Atlantis facilities - including the pools, waterpark, beaches and toher guest areas. With only 2 full days here, you may wish to explore Paradise Island and downtown Nassau.
